Check out the Neighborhood & School Info on the left menu! It is AWESOME!! The aerial view of the map is really detailed and with the birds eye view, you can rotate to look at different views of a home (from east, north, south, west). If you want stats on Schools, be sure to click the schools tab.

The Market Information Tool is even better! That does require registration, but with no strings attached. By entering an address, you will receive a monthly (unless you want it more or less often) emailed link to your own personal market analysis of the area. It shows sold homes, listed homes, newly listed homes (all on the same awesome mapping tool). Statistics include asking versus sold prices, time on the market, homes sold versus inventory for sale, etc. Try the sample report (not our state), and see if it interests you!
