Credit Expert Witness
Over the past two years, I have successfully helped thousands of people to increase their credit scores through my education and credit restoration services.  Using my knowledge, experience, and training, I now also serve as an expert witness in lawsuits/cases involving any specific area of credit.
In 2008, there were over 5400 consumer credit lawsuits filed.  In 2009, there have already been over 6500 cases filed and that number is expected to climb to over 8000 before the end of the year.  Because of this, I have started to focus on working with both consumers and creditors/collectors in such cases.
 
My primary role is to offer my expert opinion to ensure that all parties involved are being treated fairly.  For example:  Were the actions of my clients reasonable?  Was credit score damage caused by negligence?  Are damages being sought reasonable?  I also spend a great amount of time assisting my clients with discovery requests.
